​Deidra Collins is a proud native of Southern Indiana, having grown up in New Albany and Jeffersonville. With a deep connection to her roots, she has returned to downtown Jeffersonville with a bold vision: to transform a building into a dynamic co-working space that celebrates and elevates women business owners.


Deidra has reimagined the traditional workspace to foster flexibility, creativity, and collaboration, all while being accessible to any budget. Her goal is to ignite and nurture the entrepreneurial spirit of women in the community, especially women of color, who have long been underrepresented in business.


This space is more than just an office—it’s a movement to champion a new era of female leadership in Southern Indiana. From seasoned professionals to emerging creatives, stylists, and the newest Boss Ladies, Deidra’s project welcomes all who are ready to make their mark.
